- For the post of Junior Assistant, applicant must have skills of handling data on computer as per Govt. notification ABP199/2015/3
- For the post of Stenographer, candidate must posses computer skills and certificate/diploma of stenography and typing speed 80 words per minute
How to Apply
- Candidate should submit application at the respective district where he/she wants to appear
- In case of Kamrup district, please sumbit your application at DTO, Betkuchi
- Candidate can also submit application at all district transport office. However, candidate can submit in the respective district where candidate wants to appear
- Last date of application submission is 16-08-2018

- Candidates of newly created districts should submit application to Office of Commissioner of Transport, Assam or to the District Transport commissioner office near to the place of residence of the candidate
Application Format
Candidate must send application with the following documents along with the filled application form (standard form):
- Self-addressed postage paid envelope of 10” x 4.5′ size
- Employment exchange registration card duly attested
- A copy of age certificate/birth certificate/HSLC certificate duly attested for age proof
- Educational Qualification Certificate duly attested
- Three copies of recent passport size photograph and duly signed by the candidate indicating his/her full name on the back side of the photograph
