Selection Process

Further, they will have to appear in another Test of Knowledge of Computer (Theory of 50 marks) and Language skills in Assamese/ Bengali/ Bodo/ Alt. English (50 marks). There will also be a Computer Proficiency Test (Practical for 50 marks). 
(ii) Four candidates will be selected against each vacancy notified on the basis of the aggregate marks obtained in the Objective Type Written Test to appear in the Computer Proficiency Test (Practical). 
(iii) The Final selected list will be prepared on the basis of aggregate marks obtained in both the Objective Type Written Test and Computer Proficiency Test (Practical) and contain the names of candidates equal to the number of vacancies advertised and selected. 
(iv) There will be no Viva-Voice (Interview).

4. As per Govt. Notification for recruitment for 400 posts of Surveillance Workers at the National Health Mission, Assam has been released. Candidates having educational qualification 10+2 or 12th passed or HS passed in any discipline may apply online by 16th February 2019.

Educational Qualification:

  • 10+2 / HSSLC or equivalent from Govt. recognized institution
  • Experience in Health Sector, preferably in Field Surveillance Work of NVBDCP & other related programme.
  • Weightage will be given to candidates having previous work experience of similar nature in the Health &FW Department of Assam.

Age:

  • Out of total 70 marks (from Sl. 2 & Sl. 3 above), candidates in order of merit would be shortlisted for Skill Test in the ratio 1:2 against vacancies depending upon the overall cut-off scores.
  • 30 marks has been allotted in the Skill Test.
  • The final merit list would be prepared out of the total 100 marks.

Assam Rural Infrastructure and Agricultural Services Society, ARIAS Society invites applications for a Walk-In Interview for recruitment of 10(ten) nos. Call Center Executives (CCE) on contract basis for the Call Center proposed to be established under the World Bank financed ACCSDP. The selected candidates will be placed at the Call Center to be established in a Government owned building in Guwahati under the Information Technology Department, Government of Assam.

Name of post: Call Center Executive (CCE)

No of posts: 10

Educational Qualification: The CCE should possess atleast a Graduate (minimum three years duration) degree in any field from any recognized University/institution. 

Experience: The CCE must have at least three (3) years experience in Call Centre Service work for any public or private sector organization. Candidates not having three (3) years of experience shall not be eligible for appearing in the Interview.

Computer Skill: Must be excellent in using computer applications. proficiency in MS Office Applications (like Word. Excel, Power Point etc.) including email with knowledge of Office Management. 

Language proficiency: Good knowledge of written & spoken English, Hindi and Assamese/Bengali. 

Age: The maximum age of the candidate should be 35 years as on 1st February 2019. However, in case of exceptionally talented candidate(s) having requisite qualification & having wide relevant experience, the age limit may be relaxed at the discretion of the State Project Director (SPD), ARIAS Society. 

Indicative range of remuneration: Rs. 1 80 Lakh to Rs. 4.20 Lakh/Year.

  • Candidates shall be mandatorily required to bring an application as per the prescribed ‘Application Format‘ provided on the website of ARIAS Society at http://www.arias.in/career.html along with a self-attested copy as well as original of the supporting documents for the Age & Identification proof, Qualification, Experience & Latest Salary statement etc. and one (1) passport size photograph. The originals will be returned after corroboration with the copies. Candidature will be liable for cancellation if at any stage it is found that information furnished in the application or supporting documents is misleading/ misrepresented/incomplete/false. Application received through email will not be entertained. 
  • In case of overwhelming response, SPD, ARIAS Society reserves the right to shortlist the candidates by fixing revised eligibility criteria. 
  • SPD, ARIAS Society reserves the right to cancel this advertisement and/or the selection process without assigning any reason
