ITBP Recruitment of Assistant Commandant 2018 [10 Posts]

ITBP Assistant Commandant (Engineer) Recruitment- 2018 advertisement has been released by the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force. Interested Indian citizens (both MALE and FEMALE) are hereby requested to check below the desired eligibility criteria and apply accordingly for filling up the vacancies by ONLINE mode.

Assistant Commandant (Engineer)

Pay Scale- Rs. 56,100 to Rs. 1,77,500

Age Limit- Not more than 30 years (as on 11/09/2018)

Age Relaxation- As per govt. rules

Educational Qualification- B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering

How to Apply

Eligible and interested candidates have to apply ONLINE as mentioned below.

  • Go to http://www.recruitment.itbpolice.nic.in/statics/howtoregister and read the instructions carefully
  • Once registered, candidates can apply for any recruitment process conducted by ITBP in the future using the same Registration ID and Password
  • Go to http://www.recruitment.itbpolice.nic.in
  • Click on REGISTER USER tab from the top menu bar
  • Fill up the APPLICANT SIGN UP form and submit (One-time registration)
  • Go to APPLICANT LOGIN page by clicking here
  • Enter Email-ID Password, then click on the Login button
  • Fill up the Application Form and Submit
  • There is no requirement of submitting documents at the time of filling online application form

Selection Process

Admit Cards to the candidates will be issued online mentioning the date and venue of the recruitment test. The recruitment to the post of Assistant Commandant (Engineer)-2018 will comprise of the following phases. However, ITBP reserves the right to change sequence of the recruitment process due to administrative reasons.

Phase One

  • Verification of original documents
  • Physical Standard Test
  • Physical Efficiency Test
  • Biometric Identification

Phase Two

  • Written Examination (Paper I and Paper II)

Paper I- MCQ 100 marks (GK, Reasoning, Numerical Aptitude, General English)

Paper II- Subjective 100 marks (Civil Engineering Questions)

Phase Three

  • Interview (Personality Test)
  • Detailed Medical Examination

Phase Four

  • Review Medical Examination (Only in case candidates who are not satisfied after declaring unfit in the Detailed Medical Examination)
