Oil India Llimited is a Navratna company under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India, engaged in business of exploration, production and transportation of crude oil and natural gas and production of LPG.
In this advertisement of Oil India Geophysicist Recruitment 2018 through walk-in interview, Oil India Limited intends to engage the following Geophysicists on contract basis for its on-land seismic operations, purely for temporary requirement for one year, extendable by two six months tenure upto a maximum term of two years.

Total Posts- 6 (UR-5, OBC-NCL-1)
Educational Qualification- M.Sc / M.Tech (Applied Geophysics) / M.Sc. Tech Applied Geophysics) from a recognized institute
Post Qualification Experience- Minimum of five (05) years of post-qualification experience in an E&P Company or with a Geophysical Service Provider. Out of five (05) years of post qualification experience, a minimum of three (03) years of experience in land seismic data acquisition. Candidate must have knowledge of Quality Control (QC) measures during seismic data acquisition (Experience should be as on 26.10.2018)
